Anil is returning to his role as CEO of The Groundskeeper/Greater Texas Landscape Services. Anil begins his seventh year of service with the company and is excited to be a part of the strong, employee-focused culture of this great company. Anil’s main focus is to lead the company to solid growth and in becoming a Top 10 company in the landscaping space. Anil is also focused on continuing to foster a great culture and supporting the values of integrity and respect for our employee-owners and providing a high-quality experience for our customers.
Anil holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from Western Michigan University and an MBA from University of Arizona. Anil has been married for 19 years and has three young children.
David began working at TGK in 1977, and has been instrumental in developing the vision and team atmosphere exhibited at The Groundskeeper ever since. As COO, Dave frequently travels to all locations to work with managers in all facets of their division or branch, as well as ensuring that the necessary resources are provided to meet the varied regional challenges.
Curtis is a 30 year veteran of The Groundskeeper. During this time, Curtis has held many positions and worked at several of the locations. He uses this field and administrative experience to facilitate management and production practices that improve the effectiveness of the services we provide.
As the company’s CFO, Jon oversees the accounting, finance, human resources, and I.T. functions of the company; in short, he makes sure our customer’s bills are correct, our vendors are paid on time, and our employees receive the support they need. He has both a B.A. and MBA from the University of Arizona and is currently pursuing an AZ Office of Pest Management license, and the AZ Certified Landscape Professional designation.
Paul Mueller started his career at The Groundskeeper in 2000 as an estimator in the Southern AZ region, and quickly worked his way up to construction division manager. During this time, he also earned his MBA from the University of Arizona. The attention to detail that he exhibited as an estimator has served him well in his current position, which has included the development of new divisions in New Mexico and Texas. The service that Paul and his teams have established in all regions is centered on assuring that all aspects of the landscape and irrigation installation process will be handled safely, seamlessly and efficiently.
